How often can I donate?
Generally, once or twice a week. You need to have at least 2 days but not more than 5 days without ejaculation before each donation.

Do I have to pay for the testing and screening to qualify for the donor program?
No. Physicals, infectious disease testing, and genetic screening is provided by the laboratory at no cost to you.

How do I apply?
Go to our contact page and simply email us. Remember to select your location. You can also call to set up an appointment at whichever of our two locations is closest to you.

What is the time commitment?
Most donors are in the program for approximately 6 to 9 and collect 1 – 2 times per week once accepted into the active donor program.

Where and how do I donate?
Donations occur in one of our two locations, in a private collection room, by ejaculating into a sterile cup.
